    Description

    TXM Recruit are currently looking for a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to work in the Southall, London area working in ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management solution company.

    The role will be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8-4 or 9-5, with lots of overtime available.

    Must work weekends on a shift rota (roughly 1 in 4 but will vary).

    Overtime after 40 hours is at time and a half)

    We are looking for a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to undertake the following duties on a day-to-day basis:

    Operation & maintenance of H&V plant, including pumps, motors, actuators etc.
    Maintaining commercial kitchen plant & equipment.
    Carry out works on LV electrical installations, including install, fault finding & general maintenance.
    Undertaking scheduled installations & maintenance on the above.
    Managing stock & supplies of equipment, Source materials from local suppliers and manufacturers.
    Oversee contractors.
    Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, particularly regarding health and safety.
    20 days holiday plus bank holidays
    Company vehicle & Fuel card provided - not to be taken home.
    Unlimited overtime
    Private medical
    BEng or level 2 diploma particularly in mechanical, production or electrical engineering.
    Knowledge of current Building Regulations.
    Experience in building or facilities maintenance.
    Full clean UK driving licence.
    Strong time management, organisation, and planning skills.
    Highly flexible and adaptable - ability to work overtime on weekdays and weekends as & when required.
