Role:
Installation Coordinator


Location:
Hybrid working (following 3 months office-based induction training)


  • 1 week Newcastle Shared Service Office (NE4) based.
  • 1 week Home based.

Working Hours:
Mon-Fri -8am-5pm

The business delivers plant, site accommodation, welfare facilities, portable toilets, and solar product hire needs to a wide range of customers and has an exceptional reputation for delivering service and quality.

Training and development are important to ensure that everyone is up to date with current requirements and legislation.

Key duties include:


  • Working as part of the wider Customer Excellence Group you will support existing and new customers with onsite installation of products
  • Using site layout drawings & plans to estimate quotations for product installation and decommissioning projects
  • Managing multiple caseloads of installation projects at any onetime
  • Resolving any issues or problems that arise throughout the project timely
  • Liaising & planning with subcontractors for site works ensuring both pre & post work documentation is completed
  • Managing working relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
  • Invoicing & closing off projects once completed to ensure closure

Skills & experience required:


  • Effective communication skills both verbally and written with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate organisational & planning skills to manage workload to deadlines & budget
  • Work at a high pace level, managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solutions focused outlook with the ability to resolve problems
  • Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems confidently
  • A flexible approach to change and drive to continuously improve

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £260,000.00 per year
