Our clients, well-respected Estate Agents are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join their busy team in Richmond. They are looking for a self-driven individual with at least 3 years of experience within an estate agency.

Working hours as a Sales Manager:

Monday to Friday 8.45 am pm
Alternative Saturdays 10.00 am pm

Our clients are offering the successful Sales Manager:

Up to £36,000 basic
Up to £65,000 OTE (uncapped)
Profit Share Scheme

As a Sales Manager your role will involve:

Manage the day-to-day salespeople and processes and deputise for the Branch Manager
Running morning and meetings
Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible
Having a good knowledge of your local market develops a reputation as an expert in your field
Work closely with your team

To be considered for the role of a Sales Manager, you must have:

Fantastic record for turning valuations into listings and sales
Drive and determination
Genuine interest in people and helping them on their forward's journey
Great work ethic
Full UK driving license
Great customer service skills
