Originally formed by the London Borough of Newham as an innovative and independent vehicle for the acquisition and refurbishment of temporary accommodation.

Customer Engagement Officer
Salary:38,745
Requirements:
The delivery of our Customer Engagement Strategy including establishing & delivering modern and inclusive approaches to customer involvement. Growing the number of customers who are actively involved in shaping customer facing services.
Championing customer involvement in service improvement and co-design. Work alongside colleagues within Performance & Service Improvement team to co-deliver programmes and opportunities for customer influence.
To have a clear pathway to scrutiny with personal development plans in place. Ensuring we have a diverse and inclusive group of customers who commission scrutiny through the menu of engagement.
Develop networks of customers clustered by their protected characteristics for an inclusive approach, understanding gaps in our conversations and creating engagement methodology which is accessible to everyone.
