Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a property management firm, based in Borehamwood, to recruit a driven and passionate individual, to provide full-time maternity cover on Reception.
Main Responsibilities
- Answering phones/dealing with phone queries/covering reception
- Collecting & distributing post on a daily basis
- Taking receipt of deliveries & distributing
- Dealing with stationery ordering & Kitchen supplies/organising stationery room & Kitchen/stock taking
- Receiving Visitors/setting up meeting room/monitoring supplied for meeting room
Skills and Attributes Required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Great attention to detail
Background & Experience
- Proven administration experience
- Proficient in MS office (Word and Excel)
