    About the Role:
Are you an experienced team administrator, looking for a part time role (15 hours per week), close to Warwick?


Look no further, we're seeking a Team Administrator to support a team of 9 in our Employee Relations (ER) Team, within our larger HR team.


This is an amazing opportunity to showcase your outstanding administrative, system and organisational skills, where you'll support employee processes such as disciplinary, grievance, performance improvement, discrimination, bullying & harassment, drugs & alcohol or absence across the entire company.


You'll assist the team in ensuring that investigations and meetings are arranged promptly and communicated effectively to all parties, administering all invites, letters and documentation; arrange meeting rooms as appropriate; understand company policies and processes to advise on the appropriate early course of action; take notes in meetings; monitor the investigation timeline and escalate if needs be; ensure all files and documentation are complete and contain all of the relevant management notes, and saved appropriately.


About You:


You have proven office administration experience, ideally from a large complex organisation like ourselves, and have strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel including pivot tables, PowerPoint, Sharepoint and Outlook; Visio would also be highly regarded).

If you've worked in HR administration this would also be beneficial, as would an understanding of company policies, especially those most pertinent to ER and employee conduct (such as disciplinary policy, code of ethics, grievance policy, performance improvement policy, managing sickness absence policy, DBH policy etc.)

In person, you're well organised, attentive to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise as required. A flexible and reliable team-player, who has an awareness of GDPR and confidentiality in all ER matters.

A competitive salary of £30,000 - £33,000 (FTE), dependant on experience.

This is a part time role of 15 hours per week, which can be flexible as to when you work/ which days.

You'll be required in the office at Warwick 1 day per week, and the rest can be home working.

Interviews will be held in August 2023, for a late September start.
