Do you have knowledge of Finance systems and processes with in-depth Accounts Payable and T&E experience?


Reporting to the Finance Shared Services Operations Lead, the role is responsible for managing key day to day operations, processes and projects in our Procure to Pay process (with focus on the Pay portion of the lifecycle) within EMEA and Globally.

The role entails handling BAU operations of certain vendor spend / payables programs, driving standardisation and improvements to our Accounts Payable and T&E processes and systems, assessing business and functional requirements, managing UAT, and ensuring various process and system enhancements are achieved within project timelines and budget.

Willingness to travel (long-distance) is required on occasion.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:
Manage and oversee various components of the Corporate Card program for EMEA and as required other BAU processes.

Manage and oversee day to day operations of key vendor spend / payables programs.

Provide support for AP and T&E system implementations and enhancements.

Find opportunities to improve and standardize processes and implement appropriate solutions.

Ad hoc analysis and project work.


Project management and reporting, change management and coordination with business users including providing end users with training on new processes and systems as required.

Liaise and collaborate with multiple stakeholders including internal and external partners.


Qualifications:


REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Excellent organisational skills - able to ensure assigned BAU operations responsibilities operate seamlessly. Able to manage conflicting priorities and keep multiple projects on track.

Project management skills.

Project reporting skills (professional presentation skills using appropriate tools).

Experience of managing financial systems projects. PeopleSoft AP experience useful.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle difficult or sensitive issues at senior levels.

Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organisation.

Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or business preferred.
