Description
Our client is a rapidly expanding and award winning main contractor with an operation that spans the Bristol and South West regions predominantly.
They are an award winning business with an excellent team that carries out a diverse range of projects up to £50 million typically.
Due to ongoing growth, they have approached us with the need to recruit an Operations Manager into their business.Reporting into the Regional MD, your role will involve overseeing and managing multiple project teams across the region.
This is a Senior Management role required to provide a higher level of managerial direction and support to site teams to enable them to achieve a successful outcome to their Projects in terms of profit, timeliness and quality within a safe environment.
In the senior site representative function, you will ultimately be responsible for the resourcing, development and leadership of a team, defining and communicating project objectives and constraints and complying with health, safety and environmental legislation, thereby delivering the end product on time, within budget and to the agreed quality.
Proven Main Contractor backgroundExperience as a Senior Contracts Manager or Operations Manager, overseeing multiple large projects.
