Role Definition
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to build a regional sales function from the ground up.

The individual would be responsible for driving the UK growth of Solis revenue and creating new routes to market as appropriate.

They would benefit from havingan established channel of warm inbound leads from the Incident Response side of the business,, as well as established processes and peers in the US and Australia who already support 150+ customers globally.


The right individual would emulate our passion and vision to be the leading managed security service provider in the UK, ensuring each and every client interaction leaves a positive mark.

The Sales Manager would work with the delivery team to promote thesuite of Solis services; from Managed Detection and Response, through to Incident Response and Proactive Security.


Key responsibilities & accountabilities
Strategy

  • Develop and executeon a regional sales plan for growing the Solis recurring revenue client base.
  • Create effectives sales processes for tracking and improving inbound lead conversion.
  • Maintain accurate sales reporting to help forecast and establish appropriate sale objectives.
  • Over time build and recruit a regional sales team to meet the growing business ambition.
Service Delivery

  • Provide an attentive customer experience and act as the lead point of contact for all sales matters.
Essential skills, knowledge, and experience

  • Prior successful experience in cybersecurity sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A high degree of autonomy, empathy, diplomacy and confidentiality at all times.
  • Demonstratable experience in sales conversion of Managed Detection and Response services.

Desirable skills, knowledge, and experience

  • Experience working in an Managed Security Service Provider or cybersecurity consulting firm.
  • Knowledge of cyber insurance preferable.

Personal qualities

  • Laser focus on customer service and product excellence.
