- Incubate and operationalize partnerships with industry-leading technology leaders – build, market, and sell with them globally.
- Coordinate the development of internal and external-facing marketing and sales collateral supporting GTM efforts
- Work closely with the Firstsource Sales organization to broker account mapping and field-level relationships with tech partners, GSI and overlay teams
- Represent both the voice of the partner to Firstsource and the voice of Firstsource to the partner as required to resolve issues and attain success with the customer.
- Develop expertise with partner's current areas of focus as well as potential areas for expansion
- Define and communicate Firstsource 's value propositions to partners' teams (alliances, marketing, sales).
- Work cross-functionally with Business Operations, Enablement, Legal, Marketing, Product Marketing, Program Management, Services, Sales, Marketing and other internal organizations across Firstsource regularly
- Deep multi-domain expertise in vertical (Healthcare, BFS, Telecom, Edtech) or horizontal solutions (CX, Automation, Analytics, AI etc)
- Ability to independently develop business plans and seek buy-in from senior leadership.
- A self-sufficient, focused leader with a propensity towards execution and driving revenue results
- Natural and effortless relationship management/partner development skills
- Minimum of 6-10+ years' experience in Solutions/Business Development/Sales/Consulting/Transformation
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an ability to speak effectively to business development leaders, executives, product managers, engineers, lawyers, and security professionals
- A business leader who can influence and build relationships with people across all levels and organizations internally and externally
- Passionate Field Alliances/Channel champion who can provide world-class program management and thought leadership to increase revenue and drive incremental business opportunities
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task with special attention to detail and follow-up
- Ability to run quickly with little supervision and adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- BA/BS degree, MBA or master's degree from a top university a plus
- Ability to adjust to time zone and potential travel when appropriate

Firstsource Solutions is looking for a Director, of Strategic Alliances with the strong deal, strategy and relationship management experience to accelerate our solutions and partner ecosystem. The objective is to discover, nurture and develop a joint value proposition with selected partners to generate new revenue streams and launch new solutions in the market.
The candidate will have significant experience and passion in incubating, launching and scaling top-tier services, platforms/technology and cloud partnerships. The successful candidate will work with the partners' alliances, technical, marketing & field level individuals and ensure alignment with their stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong channel sales, solutions, consulting and marketing background and requisite leadership skills that enable them to engage with partner leadership teams as well as work with internal solutions and business units to drive strong field-level engagement between all parties.
This is a critical role based out of the UK and will require cross-functional leadership skills and work with teams globally. This role will be a major change agent, having impact and influence with a high degree of energy, flexibility and drive to create real and measurable business results including revenue targets.
Candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions and work cross-organizationally to build consensus. We are looking for candidates that are creative, aggressive and looking to expand and advance their responsibilities.
