    Job Description:

    As a Field Service Engineer, you will be the frontline ambassador of their company, providing on-site service, maintenance, and repair for their range of forklift trucks. Your technical expertise and customer-centric approach will ensure the optimal performance of their equipment, contributing to their reputation for excellence and reliability.

    Key Responsibilities:

    The key responsibilities for the Field Service Engineer are:

    ·Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on forklift trucks and related equipment.

    ·Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions.

    ·Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance equipment longevity.

    ·Provide technical support and training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of their products.

    ·Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

    ·Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

    ·Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.

    ·Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and service methodologies.

    Qualifications:

    The success candidate for the Field Service Engineer will have:

    ·Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer, preferably within the forklift or heavy equipment industry.

    ·Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

    ·Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    ·Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    ·Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    ·A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated service area.

    ·Technical certification or degree in engineering or a related field is a plus.
