Customer and Agent Support Executive
Based in our Manchester office with some option for homeworking

Despite being a new company, our team has a wealth of knowledge, with over 80 years of combined experience and an outstanding reputation in the sports travel industry


The key purpose of this role is to support with aftersales assisting the Project Managers with preparation and delivery of trips and events including some UK & overseas travel with face to face customer service, and support training with new starters.


As part of the role you will

  • Create and deliver customer documents and inventory with accuracy and to required timelines.
  • Open communication with clubs, dealing with any eticket queries
  • Request customer feedback by the agreed method and handle any complaints within ABTA guidelines.
  • Coordinate the process between suppliers, hotels, and clubs, delivering supplier communications such as rooming lists with accuracy and to required timelines.
  • Offer agent and administration support, supporting our sales team with any new bookings when required
  • Assist and manage our social media channels, keeping on top of any responses or updates
  • Take ownership of complex customer enquiries received in writing or over the telephone
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is offered to internal and external customers at all times
  • Accurately process data to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
  • Help and support in minimising or eradicating the harm our business operations inevitably inflict on the environment

To be successful in this role we are looking for motivated individuals who

  • Have experience dealing with suppliers and customers
  • Have experience working in the consumer arm of the travel industry and/or sports travel desirable.
  • Are computer literate with experience of Microsoft office
  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Are proactive with the ability to solve complex tasks
  • Are accurate with the ability to follow complex instructions under tight deadlines
  • Have the ability to work within a team environment to achieve team/department objectives
  • Have exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Are well organised and quick to prioritise workload
  • Have the ability to think logically and consider all relevant aspects with strong analytical skills
  • Are able to travel in the UK and overseas on occasion
