We are on the look-out for a highly organized and proactive Student Marketing Assistant to join our European B2B Marketing team, working approximately 15-20 hours per week. This role involves supporting the team with project management, ensuring that marketing campaigns are delivered on time and resources are efficiently organized. You will collaborate closely with various support teams and have an integral part in setting up and executing marketing campaigns.

You will be joining a collaborative and diverse team that values transparency and clarity in communication. We work in an international environment, where we often handle multiple projects at the same time. On a daily basis, we work with various stakeholders across the organization and with tools to deliver our campaigns. Our team plays a crucial role in Trustpilot's commitment to building a trusted brand and enabling businesses around the world to become trustworthy online by getting closer to their customers.

What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate the campaigns and projects managed by the EU Marketing team across the French, Dutch, Spanish, and Swedish markets.
• Liaise with support teams, including Localization, Design, Digital, and Content.
• Assist Country Managers in setting up marketing campaigns, including automation workflows and Salesforce management.
• Support event administration and execution.
• Perform general marketing administration tasks.

Who you are:

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in handling various projects simultaneously, applying well-developed project coordination techniques.
• Effective organizational abilities and time-management capabilities, paired with a hands-on, initiative-taking attitude
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, along with Marketing Automation tools like SFMC or Hubspot, will be considered an asset
• High interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Proficiency in English is required; skills in other languages are valued.
