Our client is one of the best in their field and they are looking for another super star EA to join their London team.
Working within the international equities and the investment team, this role is to support two portfolio managers and their direct reports, so around 10 ppl in total.
They are a lovely and approachable bunch of people who are all at the top of their game, and the company as a whole really look after their staff and nurtures talent and offers growth.
There is also a great team of EAs and it's a really dynamic and fast paced place where the support function is very much valued.
Coordinate high volume of internal and external meetings Develop relationships with broker sales teams to effectively plan meetings Calendar planning: screen for conflicts and make sure teams are prepared for meetings (travel accommodations) Corporate access support for your team.
internal proprietary software, Factset, Bloomberg) Eventually develop basic understanding of industries (energy, industrials, financials, consumer, technology, media and telecom) to better service the teams Learn about International Equities technology infrastructure, investment philosophy and risk framework Participate in weekly business meetings with teams The right candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years' administrative/EA experience plus within finance ideally, have good academic qualifications, excellent attention to detail, strong communications skills and the drive to be awesome at their job This is a really great company to be a part of and there are excellent benefits on top of a competitive salary too.
