    We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated university graduates to join our team as Cover Supervisors.

    We are particularly interested in hearing from graduates of Maths, Science and English.


    As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising students and delivering pre-prepared work during the short-term absence of teachers.


    This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable experience in education while making a positive impact on the lives of students.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise students and maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of teachers.
    • Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across a range of subjects and year groups.
    • Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a conducive learning atmosphere.
    • Provide support to students who may require assistance with tasks.
    • Liaise with teaching staff to ensure continuity and smooth delivery of the curriculum.

    Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to engage and motivate students.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for education and a desire to inspire young minds.
    • Some experience of working with young people in any capacity would be useful.
