We are working with an Elite US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Structured Finance team within their City of London office.
The team work on a diverse range of Structured Finance transactions, Securitisations, CLO's, mortgage loans, unsecured personal loans, auto loans, receivables, trade receivables, NPLs, FinTech-related financial assets and more.
This is a firm and team with an established and high-quality client base - you will work with all major market participants, including issuers and sponsors, banks, investors and funds, insurers, as well as credit enhancers and liquidity providers.
