    The Service Users... Company Ofsted track record...
    This is a new home and currently has not had it's first inspection, however, the company in 2023 attained Good and Outstanding for 49 of it's 52 homes
    They have the best company-wide track record for Ofsted.

    The company has robust operating processes and procedures and all homes are set up to achieve a minimum Ofsted Rating of Good, and if the Management team of the home want to, they can easily achieve Outstanding.

    They are committed to creating nurturing environments for children, investing in beautifully decorated homes where children can express themselves and feel safe.

    With generous budgets for enriching experiences, direct therapeutic work, and bespoke systems that prioritise time spent with children, this ensures that staff members can focus on making a real difference in the lives of the children they support.

    It does not stop at becoming a Registered Manager, with the current number of homes and the additional 23 homes just in 2024 there are multiple opportunities for Regional and Senior Regional, roles.

    Managerial time and on-shift time : Additional pay : £250 on completing your Therapeutic Training, deliver in-house AND Opportunities for bonuses based on achieving Ofsted outcomes and service milestones.

    As a Deputy Manager, you will be offered the opportunity to do the Management training programmes.
    There are2 x courses available (One of the courses has 6 modules on leadership and management) and these are run by a Regional Operations Manager,
    The Provider provides extensive and relevant training to support staff members in their roles and ensure career development. Additionally, staff are supported by a friendly and supportive management team.
    Hold an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
    Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Residential Childcare and working alongside young people.
    Be at least 22 years old to comply with children's homes regulations.
    Have a valid driving licence.
