Skills and experience required

  • Educated to degreelevel in marketing or any relevant field (preferred)
  • B2B experience with a passion for data
  • Good working knowledge of database management and marketing automation
  • Familiar with MS Dynamics (preferred), Salesforce or equivalent platforms
  • Understanding of GDPR compliance, lead scoring, CRM integration and list uploads
  • Able to drive solid campaign metrics, analyse results and make improvements
  • Flexible
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Great interpersonal and organisational abilities
  • Able to get creative and generate ideas as needed
  • Willing to learn and work across the full marketing mix
  • Event management and social media experience is an advantage
Core responsibilities

  • Overseeing the marketing database (building, cleaning, maintaining and segmenting data on an ongoing basis)
  • Managing successful automated campaigns via MS Dynamics (generating, executing, tracking and reporting on results)
  • Producing drip campaigns for ongoing nurturing programs (drawing insights from data)
  • Supporting industry and KALhosted events (both inperson and online)
  • Collaborating with team members on broader marketing activities (as needed)
