The Big Opportunity
As we continue to grow rapidly, so does our team We're looking for a Head of Ecommerce to join our highly engaged team in London, to lead, maintain and actively grow our online Shopify Plus website by increasing conversion rates through constant improvements in UX & UI, customer journey, features and speed.

Your main areas of responsibility
-Full ownership of Ecommerce P&L and trading results
-Maximize online sales through maximising conversion rates, site speed and ATV, delivering on our aggressive growth KPIs
-Full end to end operational responsibility in managing, leading and operating our Shopify Plus Ecommerce channel – leading on website database improvements, maintenance and updates and recommendations to the website content, product updates & launches
-Constant website improvements in both UI/UX to increase website conversion rates and increase loyal newsletter subscribers, both technical and creative.
-Responsible for executing the SEO content strategy plan, coordinating with internal copywriters and external resources to grow user base and improve brand awareness
-Accountable for delivering insights, analysis, and recommendations across the E-Commerce functions, taking the ownership of the funnel analysis, performing weekly and monthly reports to track company performances and drive growth;
-Responsible for data tracking, analysis and insights, based on which recommendations will be delivered and executed across the website

·5+ years of experience in Shopify Ecommerce in both a technical and commercial ecommerce role
·Technical coding skills to be able to maintain website on a daily basis, as well as lead outside developers
·Fully versed in the Ecommerce and digital market space, and strong working knowledge of
·Bags of autonomy, initiative, insight and attention-to-detail to ensure you proactively spot potential problems- and solve them - with self-sufficiency (escalating situations when necessary)
·Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude (something that everyone at Baudoin & Lange shares)
·Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment and workflow
·Open and clear communicator
