We are currently recruiting for a
Night Support Worker to join our team based in
London.

You will join us on a
full time (37.5 hours) basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of
£23,700 Per Annum (ILW) Plus Pension and Other Benefits.

The Night Support Worker
Role:


As a
Night Support Worker, you will join a team of professionals working alongside our clients to develop the skills and resilience to be confident and self-determining in their lives.


You will manage a small caseload of young people by taking responsibility for their well-being and day to day support in the service.


In addition, you will ensure that the accommodation is properly maintained and support the client to sustain their tenancy and participate in a positive and successful move on.


About our Night Support Worker:


  • Understanding of the needs of people who have experienced homelessness, poor mental health, substance misuse
  • Able to demonstrate a clear understanding of safeguarding requirements and procedures
  • Committed to promoting an environment, which has the highest regard for the Health and Safety of others
  • A high level of understanding of professional boundaries and the ability to maintain boundaries
