    Description

    We are looking for a skilled Senior Instrument Engineer to join our team!


    As a Senior Instrument Engineer, you will have a significant impact on overseeing instrument engineering tasks across various projects, ensuring they are completed successfully within the set budget and timeline.



    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide daily support for the instrument discipline in assigned projects.
    • Contribute to project scheduling and planning.
    • Create Cost Time Resource (CTR) estimates for new instrument scopes or changes to existing ones.
    • Offer weekly progress reports to the project manager and lead engineer.
    • Show expertise in field instrumentation and valves.
    • Generate instrument engineering deliverables such as scopes of work, specifications, datasheets, and calculations.
    • Conduct engineering assessments on design and engineering deliverables.
    • Collaborate with designers on the development of design outputs.

    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Demonstrated experience in the oil & gas sector in a comparable capacity.
    • Holder of a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Honours or higher); Professional/Chartered Engineer accreditation is desirable.
    • Additional advantage: TUV Functional Safety Certification.
