Part of the major American corporation, PCC, we are a global manufacturer of complex metal components and supply products worldwide to our prestigious blue-chip customers.

An opportunity has arisen for a Shipping Co-ordinator to join our Operations team based in Lincoln.

This position is responsible for ensuring that all relevant paperwork is accurately raised, and the co-ordination of all production parts to be timely despatched to meet customer demands.


Specifically this will include:

  • To ensure an accurate inventory is kept of all the parts in the finishing area.
To complete work instructions in a timely manner to ensure production isn't halted.

To accurately generate export paperwork and compliance checks.

To generate bar codes labels to allow customers to check parts in.

To ensure part marking checks are completed.

To generate Certificates of Conformity & Electronic Certificates of Conformity, collating packs and amending notes.

To provide/maintain shipping lists and any necessary detail for Customer requirements on Lincoln produced parts.


To ensure throughput through the Departments at Lincoln are scheduled to achieve expectations and expedite any issues that may cause a late delivery of a product.


To provide information regarding Quality and production issues to personnel as required and ensure all operations have been successfully completed to allow parts to be booked on time.

To provide daily and weekly reports as requested by Management.


To ensure high standards of quality parts are achieved as well as high standards of health, safety and housekeeping are met.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lincoln: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
