Our client has grown to become one of the UK's leading independently-operated insurance brokers.

They specialise in farm and estate insurance but also provide bespoke to include large Vineyards, financial services, commercial and bloodstock insurance advice.

With 60 years' experience sourcing tailored cover for the rural community, they have a deep understanding of the issues, risks and challenges faced by clients, covering such niche areas as farms and estates to fine art and wine collections, historic buildings to classic cars.

We are on the lookout for an London based Commercial Account Handler with experience to support a book of General Cross Class Commercial Risks with above average Premiums

The role is suitable to those who are used to managing their own time and prioritising their workload whilst having a willing 'can do' attitude and will be provided full authority to deal with both clients and insurers as required to transact business.

Experience and Responsibilities

3/5 years' experience as a UK Insurance Account Handler
Support to an Account Executive dealing with premium levels in excess of £25,000 but ideally over and above £100,000
General Cross Class Commercial risks handling and a flexible attitude are important.
Negotiate alternative quotes prior to renewal dates where appropriate

Essential Attributes

Cross Class Commercial Insurance Classes
Confident communication skills both written & oral
Good negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with both clients and insurers/underwriters
Good organisational ability
I.T Literate

£45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
