Tasks
Manageand undertake the administration of quality complaints.
Preparing management documentation
Preparation and updateof SOPs
Manage Medical Information Service provider& respond to MI enquiries where required.
Preparation management and review of technical agreements andsafety data exchange (PV) agreements
Liaise withMarketing Authorisation holders concerning pharmacovigilanceresponsibilities.
Reporting of Medical Information and PVdata to MA holders
RPi duties for the Company &deputy Consultant RPi as required.
Supplier routineaudits & audits for cause with consultant QP/RPi
Annual Staff Training for PV &GDP
Requirements
Information/Pharmacovigilanceexperience either from Vaccines manufacturing Covid19 vaccinemanufacturing generic injectables or pharmaceutical vaccinedistribution sterile injectables sales and distribution companiessuch as Botox/injectable fillers
Must have a sciencedegree or equivalent.
Must have thequalifications/experience to be an RPi on a wholesale dealerauthorisation.
Ability to travel infrequently (once ortwice a year to European suppliers sites) and to suppliers sites inthe UK less than10%
