Based at Sir Henry Mitchell House, 4 Manchester Road, Bradford BD5 0QL


A new Safer Communities Delivery Officer will support the delivery of the district Community Safety Partnership Plan on behalf of the Bradford District Safer Communities Partnership.

**You will need to be skilled in the following: - **- Work at a senior level in the Council to lead on developing strategies that improve safety and reduce crime in the district's neighbourhoods and communities.

  • Lead the delivery of key aspects of the Safer Communities agenda including tackling serious violence and serious and organised crime.
  • Create and embed innovative partnership approaches into mainstream delivery achieving meaningful improvements for our communities.
Taking the lead and driving innovation you will deliver initiatives from inception to outcome.

Showing a good understanding of the need to work with the district's communities you will need to be flexible and a strong team player.
