    Position: Legal Assistant

    Location: Leicester City Centre

    Type: Full time, Permanent, Office based

    Salary: Up to £26K

    THE COMPANY:

    This company is a well-established specialist Legal Practice with a focus on excellence and integrity, that have built a strong reputation within the industry and are now seeking a Legal Assistant to join their team.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the legal team, including document preparation, filing, and scheduling.
    • Assist with case management by organising and maintaining client files and records.
    • Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
    • Liaise with clients, external agencies and other stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
    • Assist in drafting legal documents, correspondence and reports.
    • Manage incoming communications and prioritise tasks effectively.


    Requirements

    ABOUT YOU:

    • Previous experience of working in a Legal Practice is preferred.
    • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and legal software.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
