What will I be doing?

We're working to improve the lives of people here in Somerset - and you'll be a key part of that.


Your day-to-day work will involve:

  • Providing administrative support to the bereavement team, managing documentation, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate client records, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.
  • Responding to inquiries and providing information to individuals seeking bereavement services

What kind of experience or qualifications do I need?
We offer ongoing support, training and guidance to help you be the best you can be.

But it will really help if you:

  • Are a highly organized and compassionate individual.
  • Have a positive attitude towards collaborative working.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational abilities.
  • Have knowledge of routine administrative procedures and good level of IT literacy, including the use of Word, Excel and other Microsoft packages.
