- Conduct independent, fundamental credit research on a single name basis within an asset management set up.
- Manage, mentor and train a team of analysts.
- Provide input on overall credit strategy and business wide credit risk to senior executives and board committees.
- Conduct year-end salary reviews and appraisals of analysts.
- 8+ years of credit research/analysis experience (a focus on investment grade credit preferred).
- Experience with managing/developing junior analysts.
- Background from rating agency preferred.
