    Description
    We're currently seeking a WordPress Developer to join our team in Staffordshire.

    This is a full-time hybrid role, offering the flexibility of remote work with the opportunity to spend 1-2 days in the office during onboarding and as needed.

    Creating custom WordPress themes, transforming designs into optimised responsive layouts, with a focus on performance and user experience.
    Writing clean, maintainable code adhering to WordPress Coding Standards.
    Crafting optimised lead generation sites on WordPress.
    Developing WooCommerce stores, enhancing functionality with extensions, overriding templates, and building out bespoke functionality through its system of hooks.
    Designing LearnDash LMS websites, crafting engaging courses with bespoke interactive elements.
    Skills you'll bringSolid proficiency in PHP and WordPress development.
    Experience in both back-end and front-end development.
    Strong skills in responsive web design.
    We work on a flexible hybrid model of remote and office based working. Candidates within a reasonable commutable distance to our Stafford office are preferred but not essential.
    Bonus pointsFamiliarity with front-end frameworks (we use CodyFrame).Knowledge of JavaScript/React.
    MySQL database usage and optimisation.
    WordPress core architecture.
    Semantic HTML5 coding.
    Design software such as Adobe Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, AEM, and Figma.
    Tooling, including version control software such as Git.
