- To represent the sellers in negotiations with prospective buyers
- To monitor the sales as they proceed and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other agents
- Previous experience within commercial or residential Estate Agency business; Essential

Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 (DOE) + Comm

Our client is dedicated to managing buy and sell process for clients across hospitality businesses and they have an opening for an Property Agent to join the team. We are looking for motivated self-starter who are passionate about what they do and believe in building exceptional relationships.
About the role:
You will work within a small group, which forms part of a national team of specialist Agents and Valuers. You will report to a Regional Director, whilst retaining a good degree of autonomy. There will be plenty of support from a wide variety of experienced Business Agents who are leaders in their specialist fields. The brand, company reputation and market knowledge will help you to open doors and become a trusted advisor for clients to rely upon with confidence.
Your mission will be tosell and acquire businesses on behalf of both private and corporate clients in the pubs & restaurants sector covering Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Dorset.
