Description

Our client, a travel-tech startup, is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to be client-facing voice and brand champion the company.

You will oversee and manage the customer experience by providing customer support, overseeing the deployment of guest and trip communications and fielding inquiries in a positive way.


Customer Experience Co-ordinator responsibilities:


  • Build and own all inbound contact processes and answer customer queries via Hubspot
  • Keep customer account data up to date
  • Monitor all communication channels ensuring staff and the wider team are trained to answer all queries
  • Create and maintain service scripts, training and howto documents

Customer Experience Co-ordinator requirements:


  • At least 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast paced, highvolume environment, group travel industry preferred
  • Additional language desirable (particularly French, Spanish or Italian)
  • Techsavvy, experience with Google Drive, Zendesk, and Mailchimp preferred
