    The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a wide range of regulatory matters, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and representing clients in regulatory proceedings.


    • Whilst you will be responsible for your own cases you will also be expected to lead a team of fitness to practise lawyers. You will be a proactive individual, looking to take on a leadership role, taking on lead decision making and using your legal expertise on behalf of the organisation
    • Applicants should have at least 5 years'
      PQEand experience in managing a team to provide support for the fitness to practice department.
    • Applicants will be experienced advocates with the ability to provide some representation at hearings if required.
    • You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
