Simpson Judge are proud to be assisting a Leading Top Tier Legal 500 Law firm in their search for a Commercial Property Solicitor to work in their busy modern Birmingham office.

About the Role:

Our client is looking to bring on an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to come in and work on a variety of HNW matters supplied organically from the firms other departments and external promotions.

Some of your day to day duties will include:

You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE
Ideally, you will have gained exposure to a broad range of Commercial Property transactions
Comfortable dealing with clients and developing business
Able to work collaboratively as part of a closeknit team

About You:

A minimum of 2 years PQE or 6 years Fee Earning in a Commercial Property department
You will possess strong technical knowledge and should have a meticulous eye for detail
Excellent interpersonal and consultancy skills in order to confidently engage with colleagues and clients
