    What you'll do

    The Network/Security Administrator (NSA) is an engineer capable of delivering up to Level 3 technical support. The NSA additionally possesses basic management skills, including planning, setting priorities, providing root cause analysis, and problem resolution and resource coordination. The NSA maintains a results-oriented focus and actively seeks responsibility and accountability for results. Meets regularly with the Senior IT Security Manager (frequency to be determined based on need). Troubleshoot or support the following:

    • Management of Meraki Firewall Equipment and accessories
    • Network infrastructure
    • Various feild network devices including CCTV, ANPR, VoIP intercoms.

    Essential Functions

    • Troubleshoot and conduct up to level three technical support, both remotely and after-hours, to support network communication, internet connectivity, hardware/software installations and upgrades, and unknown network problems for all Parking system and kitchen locations.
    • Deploy network security procedures for firewalls, login access, remote access, and customer's remote offices; support technical and administrative remote location integration.
    • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance and repair of servers, Paystations, user devices, and related hardware.
    • Support cable challenges and procedures by inspecting cable lines, terminating Ethernet cables as well as pulling, routing, or labeling CAT5 or CAT6 cables
    • Install/configure support structures (I.e. cable racks, j-hooks, innerduct, and other related structures) and networking hardware, including terminals, handhelds, printers, and other peripherals
    • Manage incident response protocols, Meraki Firewall Equipment/accessories, and remote access software
    • Interface with outsourced technical staff and field service members to resolve complex issues; manage inventory and vendors while supporting IT asset procurement
    • Document support processes and standards, network infrastructure, IT assets, accounting and billing information as well as implementation plans and network diagrams
    • Assist with network expansion and VOIP and telephony resources

    What We Want From You

    • 4 -Year Degree (Computer Science or similar IT degree a plus) or equivalent experience
    • Five plus years' experience in management of IT services and delivery
    • Solid understanding of business applications and technologies used by small to mid-size companies
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent problem-solving and mediation to quickly resolve technology issues to the company's benefit
    • Experience with logistics and inventory management
    • Experience with Network Design and Architecture, VLAN structure, Sub-netting and System Integration technologies and requirements
    • Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
    • IT Knowledge (CCTV is a benefit)
