Senior Ecommerce Trading Executive - Sportswear Retailer - £30,000 - £35, % bonus

The Company
A women's active-wear retailer (inclusive of brands such as Nike, Adidas and Veja) set up in 2015 and recently acquired by a well known brand - a scale up environment with the security & backing of a household name

Based in London - 2/3 days per week in the office.

The Job

Reports into the Ecommerce Manager (who reports directly into the CEO)
Trading optimise site navigation and customer journeys, own CvR metrics, and responsible for overall site merchandising analysing customer behaviour
Site Content oversee the creation of site assets, oversee product launch schedule, deliver promotions
Tech Stack & Development support in development sprints, and reviewing existing tech stack
SEO analysing keyword performance, site speed and keyword research etc.

You** 2+ years working in an Ecommerce Executive or Trading role
A strong interest in CRO, use of data to optimise site performance
Experience with Analytics tools
Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics etc.
Experience with a CMS ideal is Shopify
A self starter who is confident to take ownership, work with autonomy and make decisions
Understanding or knowledge of SEO
Have a keen interest in sports / health / fitness
