Our client, based in South Manchester, is a market leading manufacturing and production business.

Due to continued growth they are looking for an International Customer Service Coordinator to manage the end to end process.


Description

Duties of the International Customer Service Coordinator:

  • Point of contact for all customer enquiries
- customer order entry

  • Maintenance of backlogs
  • Stock checks and maintenance
  • Escalate and solve delivery problems
  • Proactive follow up with customers regarding orders
  • Work closely with sales to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with internal colleagues to ensure order fulfilment
  • Provide tracking details

Profile

  • European language skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good communication
  • Experience using ERP systems e.g.

SAP

  • Team player

Job Offer
The salary on offer is £28k - £32k

Hybrid working

Monday - Friday
