- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions for future initiatives
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments in both sales and sports marketing

- Bachelor's or master's degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of combined experience in sales and marketing, with a demonstrated track record of success
- Genuine passion for sports and an understanding of its potential impact in marketing strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs of clients across different industries
- Proficiency in project management and organisation, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours and travel for events or client meetings
- Experience in networking and a collaborative team environment
- Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, inclusive of uncapped incentive
