Since then our renewable energy business has grown rapidly, with over 300,000 customers and 300+ So Energist and we aren't done.

Our next goal is to supply renewable energy to 1 million UK customers by the end of 2026 and we are going to succeed in that mission by leveraging technology, remaining customer-centric and hiring people with a passion for sustainability.

The role of the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will suit someone who thrives in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment, where no two days are the same.

We have grown from 100 to 350 people in the last three years and are looking to welcome a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who has experience hiring across a broad spectrum of roles including Engineering, Customer support and Operations

Key Duties:

You will be working on a wide variety of roles across the business as we expand not only our Engineering/ product capability to become a more techled business but also our Customer Operations function, the heart of our customer centric business.
Work proactively with internal stakeholders to build relationships and ensure a connected approach. This will include hiring managers, the wider People Team and the Learning and Development team
Assist with running highimpact, inclusive recruitment initiatives such as job shows and assessment centres, with responsibility for meeting hiring targets
Maintain a smooth flow of communication and administration throughout the recruitment process including handoffs for onboarding, work with the HR Shared Service Centre to ensure timely and accurate correspondence including all offers of employment
Provide weekly updates to the Talent & Inclusion Lead on the recruitment pipeline

Requirements:

Previous experience in a recruiting role, either inhouse or agency side and want to bring your generalist recruiting skills, love of organisation and helping others to So Energy
