- Assisting with the project management of new product launches into the business
- Liaising with manufacture, operations, sales and engineers, suppliers, and customers etc
- Working independently to produce steelwork design calculations to BS5950 / EC3
- Working with Research and Development Team in producing manufacturing drawings for new products and modifications
- Developing products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing methods and materials
- Load testing and material testing of new and existing products
- Perform researching tasks for the new Research and Development projects
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Construction Field.
- Either a graduate or 1-2 years of experience in product development or engineering design, preferably in the construction industry but open to Mechanical or mining sectors
- Proficiency in CAD software (they Use Inventor, AutoCad)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
