We are currently recruiting for a Service Charge Officer on behalf of our public sector organisation based in East London.
The role will provide a high quality service, focusing on leasehold and service charges.The successful applicant will have previous service charge/leasehold finance experience, ideally within a local authority or housing association.
This is a contract role and is paying £25 per hour.
Key duties will include:
Calculate and produce accurate actual and estimated service charge statementsAssist with annual service charge budgetsPrepare monthly reportsManage service charge enquiriesInvestigate and response to service charge or other lease queriesAnswer queries by telephone and email, providing high quality customer serviceProvide support and advice to colleagues on service charge and leasehold mattersManaging service charge accounts, preparing estimates and accountsResponding to customer queries and complaints over the telephone and in writingProvide clear breakdowns of services charges for customers Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
