- Collaborate closely with financial advisors to develop and refine financial plans
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

- Demonstrated experience as a Paraplanner or similar role within the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and investment products
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to work with complex financial data
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Relevant qualifications such as the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) or equivalent are desirable
