Established telemarketing company requires a
Telesales Operative to join their expanding team in Redditch.

Previous admin and data entry is essential to fulfil the role of
Telesales Operative. Within this role you will be offered free car parking. Offered of a temporary basis, this position of
Telesales Operative is available with immediate start.

Duties and responsibilities of
Telesales Operative

Polite and friendly telephone manner
General administrative duties
Dealing with customers over the phone
Dealing with part exchanges of cars
Making outbound calls and answering customer queries
Good level of customer service experience and confident communication skills
Can work in a fastpaced environment
Work as part of a team and individually

Location:
Redditch

Hours of work: 9am-3pm

Pay rate:
£10.42 per hour
