- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems > Minimum 5 years of experience with IBM Rational DOORS.
- Strong understanding of systems engineering principle.
- Strong understanding of defence industry standards.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Eligible to do security vetting.
- Analyse, and manage system requirements using IBM Rational DOORS for Missile Systems/Electronic Warfare.
- Ensure traceability, clarity, and consistency of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Customise and configure DOORS to meet project-specific needs.
- Provide training and support to project team members on DOORS usage.
