Our Team

The Agency Credit Control Team are a small, supportive team of five covering Credit Control and Customer Creation for all Agency advertisers within the Bauer Media Group. Teamwork is valuable across Accounts Receivable.
This role is a 6 month contract and we work to a hybrid working pattern. You will be expected to work from home and from our newly refurbished office in Peterborough.
What you'll do
Playing a major role in ensuring our customers pay within terms and chase any overdue invoices within agreed processes. Work as a team, use initiative, decision making/prioritise in managing reconciliations, aged debt and working towards deadlines. Provide excellent customer services to all customers, internal and external.
You will be responsible for
Performing reconciliations
Respond promptly to queries from internal and external customers, ensuring disputes are logged and escalated as appropriate
Manage regular meetings/conference calls with business and agencies regarding queries and aging accounts.
