This is a hybrid role. Office in Central London, closest station is Angel. 8 hours per day.

The pay rate is between £ per day

Strong Data Engineering skills around Streaming and Batch Applications

Proficient in any one programming language ( Scala, Java or Python)

Mentored Jr Engineers in past

Involved in Designing Data Pipelines

Knowledge on Kafka, Apache Spark and SQL

Designing Streaming and Batch Applications

NoSQL Databases experience

The business are growing the data engineering services team.

Bonus if you have knowledge within the digital marketing field of SEM data engineering.

Interview stages will consist of coding rounds as well as ETL designing, system design and behavioural.

This is an exciting role within an online global business to grow and promote artificial intelligence and data capabilities.

You will be providing technical leadership and mentor a team of Data Engineers across Marketing Data Engineering. Hands-on participation in Engineering tasks such as coding, peer reviews, building automation tests. Implement all the necessary infrastructures which allow self-healing and observable monitoring of data ingestion, and consumption through Datadog.

Define, develop and maintain artifacts like technical design or user documentation and look for continuous improvement in software and development process within an agile mindset.

Salary:
£750.00-£950.00 per day
