    Data literacy, product awareness, communication and initiative are core parts of your skillset, enabling you to deliver and maintain scalable, reliable and extensible product solutions. You'll develop new features while extending our current services and tooling to support new products and improvements. You'll actively take part in conversations about new product directions, technical and data architecture and software quality.     What you'll be doing:

    • Champion a curious and diligent engineering mindset to enhance our platform capabilities
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams within our Continuous Discovery practices, to develop a deep understanding of customer needs
    • Build efficient and reusable services within a cloud native environment
    • Focus acutely on quality, using best practice to deliver well designed and tested solutions
    • Contribute to continuous improvement within working practices, teams and yourself

    What you'll bring to us:

    • You possess strong technical ability across the full stack: Ideally Python, JavaScript, Postgres, AWS
    • You have some experience with a framework language such as Java or .Net, as our legacy system uses .Net
    • You have knowledge of infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines (including secrets management) and container orchestration software such as Kubernetes
    • You are curious; willing to learn about new technologies, ways of working and acquire new skills in a truly "agile" mindset.
    • You know that generating positive outcomes requires knowledge of the customer and the problem space to allow effective use of your technical knowledge ability
