As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes.

You will be responsible for managing and organising sales data, assisting with order processing, maintaining customer records, and providing excellent customer service.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from your home office in Manchester and collaborate with a diverse team across different locations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records, including customer information, orders, and invoices.
  • Process sales orders promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Generate sales reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

The Successful Applicant:


  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Preferably a recent degree
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong proficiency in using sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with the consumer goods industry is a plus.
  • Located in or near Wigan, UK.
