    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handling a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, negligence claims, and property disputes.
    • Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing court pleadings.
    • Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
    • Providing strategic advice and counsel to clients on potential risks and outcomes of legal actions.
    • Maintaining uptodate knowledge of relevant legislation, case law, and procedural rules.

    Essential Skills and Experience:

    • A qualified solicitor with NQ 2 years PQE in Civil Litigation.
    • Demonstrated experience in handling civil litigation cases independently.
    • Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a clientfocused approach.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with attention to detail.
