AGL Training Ltd are thrilled to be looking for Business Administration Apprentices to support our client with some exciting changes and growth within their business.
Our client has been established since 1982 and are a leader in research, development, manufacture and installations of pneumatic conveying systems, specialist cash management solutions, rising security screens and asset protection.
They are looking for motivated and hard-working individuals to provide Admin support across all areas of the business, with their key focus on Estimations.
The position is for an
Apprenticeship, the position is due to start in August,
initially 15 months with the possibility of a full-time role and progression at the end of the programme.
- Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard L
- Highfield L3 Diploma for Business Administrators (RQF)
- Functional Skills L2 in Maths and English (if required)
General Duties
You will receive training to enable you to carry out the following duties:
- Making and receiving calls
- Ordering parts and equipment for different areas of the business
- Updating spreadsheets, CRM database and Microsoft Business Central
- Communicating across other departments, such as Stores, Sales and Third Parties
- Contractors
- Producing estimations for jobs using Spreadsheets and Microsoft Business Central
- Generating sales reports using CRM database Capsule and sending out to the Sales Team
- Providing administration support to colleagues within Accounts and Service / Maintenance
- Filing / Archiving information
Skills and Requirements
- GCSE Grade 4 or above in English and Maths (Grade C)
- Ambitious and willing to learn
- Confident
- Polite and friendly
- Good knowledge of ICT / Microsoft Office Package
Working Hours
Monday - Thursday: 8:30am
- 5:00pm with onehour unpaid lunch break
- 4:30 pm

£7.49
