    Your background as a Software Developer:

  • You will have the ability to develop software in C#, Java (Angular), and SQL Server.
  • Creative problem solver who can see a project through to final delivery.
  • Experience in developing web-based applications and creating interactive applications.
  • Knowledge of relational databases.
  • Ability to document requirements and specifications.
  • Familiarity with software development methodology and release best practices.
  • This Software Developer role offers lots of flexibility work from home, but we still want to recruit a candidate within a commuting distance of the Hinckley, Leicester area to be able to attend site when needed.

    • Software Developer responsibilities:

  • You will be part of a central software development and IT operations team supporting an incredibly diverse engineering and technology business using a variety of business applications / systems across all business functions. It is a ~650 headcount business across 2 UK sites.
  • Designing, creating, optimising, testing, and monitoring of several software programs and applications across the business.
  • Developing high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code to meet project and business requirements.
  • Discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency.

    • This Software Developer job when working in the office is commutable from Hinckley, Nuneaton, Coventry, Tamworth, Rugby, Leicester, Northampton, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, Solihull, Ashby de la Zouch, Burton on Trent.
